Revolutional Names Kelly Demaitre as Chief Human Resources Officer

MCLEAN, Va., June 23, 2026 — Revolutional today announced the appointment of Kelly Demaitre as chief human resources officer. In this role, Demaitre will lead the company’s human resources strategy, talent acquisition, talent development, and employee experience initiatives in support of Revolutional’s continued growth.

Demaitre joins Revolutional from Everforth ECS, where she served as senior vice president of human capital, leading human resources, recruiting, and companywide career and culture programs. She also previously served as chief people officer at Karsun Solutions and chief human resources officer at Dovel Technologies. Earlier in her career, she held several leadership roles at CACI International, including senior vice president of human resources.

Demaitre has been recognized across the industry for her leadership, including as a 2020 CHRO Pinnacle Award finalist and the 2021 DCA HR Leader of the Year. She also serves on the Gartner DC CHRO Governing Body and as an executive advisory board member at George Mason University.

Demaitre earned a Bachelor of Science degree in human resource management from the University of Maryland.
