Damon is a dynamic, results-oriented executive responsible for providing the leadership and strategy to grow Revolutional into the most trusted partner providing cutting edge technologies to support the missions of Revolutional’s Federal customers.
Damon most recently served as the CEO at Dovel Technologies, leading the company through a period of exceptional growth to over 2,000 employees and $450M in revenue when it was acquired by Guidehouse in October 2021. Dovel received numerous industry awards and recognition under Damon’s leadership, including the Greater Washington GovCon Contractor of the Year in 2020, the Growth Company of the Year for companies over $250M in 2021, and Washington Post Top Workplace in 2021. Damon was also named an Ernst & Young LLP Entrepreneur of The Year® 2021 Mid-Atlantic Award winner. Damon serves on several industry boards and volunteers with American Corporate Partners to mentor veterans transitioning to the private sector.
Darla’s financial leadership and operational expertise help companies embrace a high-growth mindset. At Revolutional, she leads the Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, and Pricing Departments, ensuring robust financial operations that support the company’s strategic goals. Previously, as CFO at Aretum LLC, Darla successfully managed the consolidation of four subsidiary companies, expertly integrating diverse systems and practices within a tight timeline. Her extensive experience includes overseeing financial and business operations at notable firms such as Patriot Group International (PGI), ManTech, and Northrop Grumman. Darla’s accomplishments have garnered her numerous industry accolades, including Washington Exec’s Top CFOs to watch in 2025 and Chief Financial Officer of the Year for Private Companies in 2022 as well as DCA Live’s CFO Star in 2019. She also serves as a CFO Mentor for the non-profit organization CFO Rising, contributing her expertise to help the next generation of financial leaders thrive.
Jon honed his M&A, legal, and operations expertise in leadership roles with private equity platforms, public companies, and AMLAW 100 law firms. As Revolutional’s Chief Business and Legal Officer, he is responsible for the company’s legal and corporate administration functions including driving the company’s M&A strategy. Jon previously held similar roles at Dovel Technologies and Engility Holdings, where he served as the M&A lead for two of the most successful exits in the government services industry – Dovel’s 2021 sale to Guidehouse and Engility’s +$2.0 billion sale to SAIC in 2019. Jon is honored to serve as a reserve officer in the U.S. Army, and on the boards of American Corporate Partners and Boston College Law School.
David is a growth and operations leader with extensive experience overseeing the delivery of complex technology services that help Federal agencies deliver more for their citizens. He combines strategic vision and operational excellence to help grow and scale organizations. He leads execution of Revolutional’s Growth operations and go-to-market strategy, drives organic growth, and manages internal relationships and collaboration.
David has experience overseeing and growing $150M+ organizations. He most recently served as a Partner at Guidehouse in the Technology practice. Before that, he held senior leadership roles at Dovel Technologies and RNSolutions, where he led operations and growth for one of the largest business units while supporting multiple M&A transactions on both the buy and the sell side.
Kirstin has extensive human capital experience across several industries including aerospace and defense, healthcare, and engineering and technology with a focus on organizational culture, total rewards, talent management and development, workforce planning, and employee engagement. At Revolutional, she leads the development and implementation of the company’s human capital strategy to grow the supportive, entrepreneurial, and innovative culture that both employees and customers value. Prior to joining Revolutional, Kirstin led Human Resources with Evoke and Octo, an IBM Company, and served in many key leadership positions with ICF and SAIC. She holds numerous Human Capital certifications in addition to being a graduate of the Chief Human Resources Program from The Wharton School of Business.
Rod has driven digital innovation across federal and commercial sectors, guiding organizations through the complexities of artificial intelligence (AI) adoption and advanced data analytics while consistently building robust data practices and tailored training programs for data scientists. As Revolutional’s Chief Innovation and AI Officer and chair of the Technology and Innovation Council (TIC) he is responsible for working with company technologists and subject matter experts bringing innovative AI solutions to customers. Rod brings a proven track record of transformative leadership holding innovation leadership roles with Guidehouse and Dovel Technologies. Rod is an adjunct professor at American University’s Kogod School of Business, where he imparts his extensive knowledge to aspiring MBA students.
Marc’s technology expertise spans artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, optimization, statistics and data science, application modernization, cloud/DevSecOps adoption, cybersecurity, blockchain, human factors engineering, and command/control. He supports Revolutional’s broad public sector customer base, leading initiatives to reduce toil and the burden for knowledge workers by curating agency and enterprise content, applying Generative AI and Large Language Models, conducting semantic and workflow analysis, and addressing AI safety and trustworthiness metrics. He has led research and development projects with the Departments of Defense, Energy, Health and Human Services, Homeland Security, and Transportation, as well as NASA.
Marc contributes to two ATARC working groups on AI. He was awarded the national Golden Bridge CTO of the Year and the Biz Silver Award for Technology Executive of the Year. Before co-founding and growing Harmonia (now Revolutional), he was a tenured Associate Professor of Computer Science atVirginia Tech and supported technology initiatives at IBM Research, the U.S. Army, and Stanford University (post-doc).
Crystal has supported small-, mid-, and large-tier federal health focused companies in cradle to grave procurement, delivery, and strategic growth. In her role as Chief Administrative Officer, she oversees the Contracts/Subcontracts, Corporate Compliance, and Facility Security functions. Her most recent corporate experience included supporting the administrative operations of Dovel Technologies and its subsidiaries, Medical Science & Computing and AceInfo (now Guidehouse Digital). Crystal holds various industry certifications, including NCMA Certified Professional & Certified Federal Contracts Manager, and a Graduate-level Certification from the University of Virginia in Procurement & Contracts Management.
Kristin is an accomplished leader and strategic thinker, excelling at transforming challenges into solutions. She leads strategic planning activities as well as coordinating and managing enterprise-wide projects and initiatives. Prior to Revolutional, Kristin successfully spearheaded efforts at a number of high-growth companies to enhance cross-organizational collaboration and maximize growth opportunities through the establishment of advanced processes and effective communications.
With deep leadership experience on large-scale government IT and cybersecurity programs, Alan provides expertise in technical architecture, program leadership, and enterprise service delivery across complex federal environments.
He leads Revolutional’s support of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), ensuring our team has the resources they need to support those who support our Veterans on current projects and for future mission needs.
Alan helped expand the company’s VA footprint, scale high-performing teams, and deliver complex, mission-critical cybersecurity services by aligning technical depth with disciplined program execution and growth strategy. He has led some of the VA’s most critical cybersecurity efforts, including serving as the technical lead for the VA Cybersecurity Operations Center (CSOC). Before supporting the VA, Alan led and supported major DISA initiatives, including DoD Enterprise Email and the Security Cloud Computing Architecture (SCCA).
Anthony has deep experience developing and implementing innovative technology solutions for Civilian Services agencies. At Revolutional he plays a critical part in overseeing and managing multiple contracts and teams working on mission critical systems and managing complex operations and maintenance and modernization efforts across the Federal government. Anthony holds several industry certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and ITIL v4. He is a 2023 FORUM IT 100 awardee.
Anthony brings deep experience in clinical research to his business leadership, driving the growth and expansion of Revolutional’s offerings for agencies with health-related missions and programs. He most recently served as Partner, Digital Health at Guidehouse, leading the growth of a burgeoning health technology business portfolio. He has served as senior staff scientist, director of immunobiology, and vice president of clinical and public health sciences, contributing to a wide and varied set of scientific research including publications on vaccines, infectious disease, bioinformatics, preclinical studies, and clinical trials. Anthony serves on the George Washington University (GWU) School of Engineering and Applied Sciences National Advisory Council; as well as the GWU Biomedical Engineering Advisory Board.

As a co-founder of Harmonia (now Revolutional) and in her past roles as CEO and Chair of the board, Pallabi guided the company through dramatic growth. She continues to serve the company as a Strategic Advisor with a keen focus on the company’s M&A strategy.
Pallabi serves on several boards including the Fairfax Economic Development Authority Board, George Mason University Board of Trustees, The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) DC Board, Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce Strategic Leadership Board of Advisors, and Northern Virginia Technology Council’s executive circle. She has been widely honored for her business acumen, success, and commitment to community with numerous awards including being named among the region’s top 25 female CEOs, a top 100 Smart CEO, Technical Trailblazer Federal Contractor, most influential Federal 100 leaders, Asian Business Leader of the year, Top 10 Women Who Mean Business, and Virginia Businesswomen in Leadership.
Sudhakar leveraged the buyout of ICF from its parent, ICF Kaiser Engineers Inc in 1999 and in the following 20 years doubled the size of the company every five years. He completed and integrated 22 acquisitions and led the company’s successful IPO and second offering. He left his CEO post in 2019 and served as Executive Chairman through 2020. He has lent his talent and expertise on the boards of a number of government IT companies including ABM, Cadmus, and Dexis as well as serving on the board of INOVA Health System.
