Revolutional Appoints Mike Cosgrave to Lead National Security and Defense Business Unit

MCLEAN, VA., May 5, 2026 — Revolutional today announced the appointment of Mike Cosgrave as senior vice president and general manager of its National Security and Defense business unit. In this role, Cosgrave will lead the strategic direction, growth, and performance of teams responsible for delivering integrated technology and mission support solutions that strengthen operational readiness, secure critical systems, and advance national security priorities.

Cosgrave joins Revolutional from Aether Aerospace, where he served as an operational executive supporting defense customers with digital engineering and additive manufacturing solutions. He also previously served as chief operating officer of Tria Federal and AceInfo. Earlier in his career, he served as senior vice president at CACI, where he led cyber capability development and operations in support of national security customers.

Cosgrave earned a bachelor’s degree from American University and a Master of Business Administration from George Mason University.
