Fortune Media and Great Place To Work Name Revolutional to 2026 Best Medium Workplaces List, Ranking No. 65

McLean, VA — Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine have selected Revolutional for the 2026 Fortune Best Medium Workplaces™ List. This is Revolutional’s first time being named to this prestigious list, this year coming in at No. 65.

To determine the Best Medium Workplaces list, Great Place To Work analyzed the survey responses of more than 240,000 employees from Great Place To Work Certified™ companies with between 100 and 999 U.S. employees. Revolutional has been a Great Place To Work Certified Company for 7 years.

“Our employees are what make Revolutional special and their drive is what fuels our success,” said Damon Griggs, CEO of Revolutional. “Their dedication to our customers’ mission and their ability to deliver forward-thinking solutions are what set us apart in our market. This year’s rebrand to Revolutional was intended, in part, to reflect that same spirit and capability, which makes this recognition especially meaningful.”

The Best Medium Workplaces list is highly competitive. Great Place To Work, the global authority on workplace culture, determines its lists using its proprietary platform to evaluate and certify thousands of organizations in America’s largest ongoing annual workforce study, based on over 1.3 million survey responses and data from companies representing more than 7.3 million employees this year alone.

Survey responses reflect a comprehensive picture of the workplace experience. Companies earned their spot by offering the most generous, caring, and innovative cultures to the largest possible number of employees in the organization, regardless of job role, work status, or any other demographic identifier.

“For small- and medium-sized companies, leadership can make the difference between double-digit revenue growth and a flatlining business,” says Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place To Work. “Being recognized for high-trust leadership is a powerful predictor of future success, regardless of the market.”

In addition to Great Place to Work honors, Revolutional has also received the HIRE Vets Medallion Award, the West Virginia Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Seven Seals Award, and has been named to the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) Tech 100.
