Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation (T4NG) Overview

T4NG is a Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery/Quantity (MA/IDIQ) contract that provides enterprise solutions covering a wide range of Information Technology (IT) and Health IT services, including program management and strategic planning, systems and software engineering, enterprise networks, cyber security, operations and maintenance.

  • Contract Details & Allowed Types:  Multiple Award, IDIQ contract. Fixed Price (FP), Time and Materials (T&M), and Cost Reimbursement (CR) permitted. 
  • Ceiling: $22.3 Billion

The contract allows us to be selected for roles such as technical support, program management, strategic planning, systems and network engineering, cybersecurity, and other IT and health IT services to include:

  • Program management, strategy, enterprise architecture and planning 
  • Systems/software engineering 
  • Software technology demonstration and transition 
  • Test and evaluation 
  • Independent verification and validation 
  • Enterprise network 
  • Enterprise management framework 
  • Operations and maintenance 
  • Cybersecurity 
  • Training 
  • IT facilities 
  • Other solutions encompassing the entire range of IT and Health IT requirements, to include software and hardware incidental to the solution. Accordingly, Task Orders may include acquisitions of software and IT products.
