FDIC Information Technology and Application Services (ITAS) Next Generation (NG) Overview
The FDIC requires support across the entire IT application lifecycle including creation (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment), configuration, integration, migration, enhancement, support, maintenance, operations, decommissioning, and other associated services for all FDIC owned applications, either in use today or deployed during the term of the Blanket Ordering Agreement (BOA).

- Awards: Individual task orders will be awarded by the Ordering Contracting Officers.
- Contract Fees: No agency pass-through or service fees are associated with this contract.
- Contract Details & Allowed Types: BOA with contract type to be determined at the Task Order Level. All Task Orders will contain a Not-To-Exceed (NTE) ceiling (level of effort, completion or fixed price).
- Ceiling: $19,610,000
ITAS NG services are organized into five Workstreams, Harmonia covers three of the five workstreams including:
- Workstream 3 is for shared IT services- Launch and maintain shared tools including the following services: New tool launch, Operations and maintenance, IaaS and PaaS environment management
- Workstream 4 for is data management services- Develop and manage information and data applications and repositories including the following services: Application development, Database management, Operations & maintenance
- Workstream 5 is for emerging services- Includes services the FDIC is currently evaluating /prototyping, along with new technologies to be developed in the future including the following services: Application development and Operations & maintenance
