Defense Enterprise Information Services Overview
Our SBA Mentor-Protege Program Joint Venture – Encore III Partners, LLC – holds this contract. DISA-DEIS is a Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery/Quantity (MA/IDIQ) set aside exclusively for companies to contract with Department of Defense (DoD).
- Authorized Users: Department of Defense, military services, and other federal agencies.
- Ordering: Ordering under the contract is decentralized. Orders may be placed by any Ordering Contracting Officers.
- Awards: Individual task orders will be awarded by the Ordering Contracting Officers.
- Contract Fees: DITCO Fee 1%
- Contract Details & Allowed Types: Multiple award, IDIQ, Fixed Price (FP), and Cost Reimbursement (CR) permitted.
- Ceiling: $437.5M
Individual Task Orders shall be used to perform the 19 performance areas which form the basis for providing information technology (IT) solutions for the development, installation, fielding, training, operation and life-cycle management of components and systems in the operational environments of Combatant Commands and their subordinate components, the military services, Defense agencies, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and other Federal agencies. IT solutions, services, and support anticipated under this contract exist within the scope of the 19 performance areas identified below:
